Strategy Services
Our Strategy services can range from identifying the vision of the Technology Team, identifying options for the solution of a Technology adoption to the development of the IT Strategy, or a technology adoption Strategy.
The Strategy is led by an experienced PTS advisor who will lead the team through the assignment to identify the key aspects of identifying and understanding the business strategy, the current IT status, the drivers to change, the external influences on IT and the development of the IT Strategy. We will engage with and meet with key Stakeholders so that we can ensure the IT Strategy understands and addresses their business requirements.

Business Case Services
Our Business Case service is delivered by our senior IT advisory team and will take the objectives of your Project / Programme / Initiative and develop a financial review of the objectives aligned to the current state. Using our inhouse developed toolsets we develop a detailed budget breakdown.
Our advisory teamwork with the senior IT and Finance Stakeholders to ensure that the Business Case financials align with current financial models. The Team will then develop the Business Case content aligned to options (we normally align to three options, one being ‘stay as is’). The team will provide a fully documented Business Case and a Management Presentation to allow the Stakeholders to question the team on aspects of the Business Case submission.
