Our advisors will undertake an assessment of the current state (AS-IS) this will be collected from workshops, meetings with stakeholders, the capture of data from questionnaires and where required tools. The advisors will then assess the needs of the business along with the compliance requirements, industry best practices and where required standards. Our advisory team will then commence the development of the Target Operating Model ensuring continuity between the key Model areas.
On completing and gaining consensus of agreement on the Target Operating Model (TO-BE), the team will work with you to develop the journey to implementing the TO-BE vision.
